2024 SHERRON HOGAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND APPLICATION

Once the form process starts you must fill out all sections to finish. If you want to come back at a later time, you must restart the application process.

At the conclusion of the application you will be required to upload four (4) documents.

  • Reference letter from Principal, Teacher or Guidance Counsellor
  • Letter of support from a non-relative (Social Worker, employer, pastor, neighbor, etc.)
  • Letter stating the reasons for needing financial aid (Please include the amount of your
    household’s combined income for the previous calendar year)
  • Most recent transcript
