2025 SHERRON HOGAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND APPLICATION

Once the form process starts you must fill out all sections to finish. If you would like to complete the form at another time, after starting, you must restart the application process.

At the conclusion of the application you will be required to upload four (4) documents.

  • Reference letter from Principal, Teacher or Guidance Counsellor
  • Letter of support from a non-relative (Social Worker, employer, pastor, neighbor, etc.)
  • Letter stating the reasons for needing financial aid (Please include the amount of your
    household’s combined income for the previous calendar year)
